Fees are based upon multiple factors including new/established, # of problems, complexity, and time.  These fees are ~ on par with the community.  For transparency and ease of understanding the following is a simplified Good Faith Estimate.

For our contracted health insurances, we accept standardized rates that are set by the health insurance considered FAIR and ALLOWABLECompared to the the initial visit, subsequent visits are substantially lower.

SICK and/or WELL

Symptoms are when the body is giving you signals (sometimes intermittently) that something is off.  Usually this is more of an urgent issue and regarded as a Sick visit component.  Sick and Well components may be on the same day or different day depending on # of problems and complexity with time permitting depending upon patient priorities.

HEALTH INSURANCE BILLING DEFINITIONS

Co-Payment: charged before visit, if no Sick component then refunded at end of visit

Deductible: amount of patient responsibility before health plan pays

Co-Insurance: percentage of patient responsibility after Deductible is met
