FOLLOW UP

Symptoms are usually treated in an algorithm, meaning in a step-by-step method so if your symptoms are not cured, report back for further testing, treatment, and referral.  Contact us right away for any new symptoms or for symptoms that are not resolving.  Follow up for routine care annually if not otherwise specified.  If you are schedule on the patient portal, you may schedule an appointment via the portal unless you want a same day appointment then call us to schedule.
